“The most important persuasion tool you have in your entire arsenal is integrity.”
Persuading others to follow our footsteps or principles is not an easy thing to do. There are times when a person has used all his money, ability, skills and achievements to persuade others and yet failed to do so because he lacks one thing - integrity. Integrity is one of the most powerful persuasion tool. People will likely follow you when you have shown yourself to them as an example.
