Telling the truth
"If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything."
When we lie we become careful with the way we answer those who interrogate us for the fear of answering inconsistently. But if we are used to telling the truth, we give instant answers to questions without any doubting because we wouldn't care if inconsistencies in our testimonies will show up... as it will never be. Simply because we are telling the truth.
